Question: What are your hours? Answer: 24x7 by Phone, Text, Social Media, and Email, 365 days of the year.

Question: How long does shipping take? Answer: Almost every product is hand made, and made to order, so it may take up to 10 business days to ship in some cases. 

Question: Will I be notified when my product ships? Answer: Yes. We send an email with tracking once your product is out for delivery.

Question: Do you charge shipping? Answer: No. Free Shipping in the U.S.A.

Question: Do you ship globally? Answer: Not yet. Please leave us a message below about where you are in the world to let us know you see us.

Question: Where are you based out of? Answer: We're in Naperville, Illinois, with most production nationwide through independent production partners.
